Cuba, a former village of San Cristobal de La Habana, was also known as the Fortress City of Key West Indies and New World up to the present time with its historic center a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. ,

The heart of the old city is in the so-called Plaza de Armas, whose location is linked to the tradition of the first council meeting held on November 16 under a leafy ceiba, near the coast, ceremony came to this day. ,
